tabletop-gluedTabletop glued to frame. resting on top is the jig I made to drill dowel-holes in the frame and top. Fortunately it worked and even though the center piece was "square" with the frame the top itself is about 1-2 degrees off square. this means the flat tabletop is about 1/8" higher on one side than the other. I had to glue a ship to the tabletop underside so it rests on the swinging support leg. I couldn't put the shim on the support leg because it would not fit when folded. |
